What is depression and anxiety ? Is it just on psychological level or physical level ?

In today's generation, depression is very common. Rather than simply saying they take depression medications, even young children are saying they are depressed.

During today's session, we will explore depression together and then explore depression's outcome.

Isn't it just a psychological thought? Is there any connection between it and inner mental chemical imbalance?

A person who has too many expectations and fears not being able to meet them is depressed. Whether it is someone else's or our own expectations, it could be either. Most people, however, turn to alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, and medicines when these expectations aren't met.

What is depression, then?

Our state of mind affects how we think, whether we are thinking positively or negatively. Our mental processes, our emotions, and our feelings.

Is there a physical cause as well?

All of us tend to work on a small fragment at a time. It is not a holistic approach that Holistic thinking means we don't see anything as complete as it is.

Let's look at a circle, which is the real problem. Alternatively, we can focus on a small part or work on a half circle. Will this help? That's not right!

I agree that it is psychologically significant because if we think negatively, it will affect us negatively. Stress can affect our physical health.

Is depression caused by a physical condition?

Experiencing consecutive failures is the first step. A series of failures leads us to believe that we are a failure. We aren't capable of what we want, so we don't deserve it.

Do you think this is a physiological or psychological issue?

There is a psychological component to it.

Sometimes our mood isn't pleasant for no apparent reason... why is that?

If we get sick, we don't feel like ourselves, for example, because a physical change affects our psychological function.

Some people become happy after a breakup if they feel unhappy. This is because they are not in the mood for doing anything for about 2 to 3 days without any apparent reason. This isn't about a breakup... I am referring to the psychological impact.

At the doctor's office, he will take a pen and paper. He will write down the names of medicines... At the moment, the doctor is working on what... psychologically or physically?

When a doctor examines what is physically wrong, our psychology needs to be addressed. No one else can help you with psychological issues... whether it is another person, a doctor, or me, whatever he says, won't affect you until you make a conscious effort to do so.

Because we have no control, we are able to do it by ourselves psychologically... Anyone who decides, "That's it. I don't want to be in this state. With "I want to move on" you will be out of there in a nanosecond.

After something terrible happened to us and we're sitting there, we think everything is finished and doomed...I have nothing left to do...I can't do anything...We're doing all of this for a month... then our inner self turns around and says, "Leave... nothing happened... it's normal" and things change our moods in a blink of an eye... At that point, medicine comes to the rescue. Medicine treats symptoms but not the causes.

Physically, there are some chemicals that must be released, but they aren't... like dopamine. Even though nothing has happened, we feel terrible. Because of this abnormal mood.. some sad thoughts or negative thoughts begin to emerge. These thoughts further worsen your condition, causing even more negative thoughts to arise. Or maybe you start listening to sad songs and unfortunately that is what happens after that, yet when you are in a positive mood what type of music do you prefer ... energetic songs... You can see how these are related to each other i.e. physical and psychological, and if we work on both then we can bring about an effective

Now we can understand what is physical level... when there are chemical which shouldn't be released start releasing and those chemical that should be released stop releasing like dopamine...and medicines stop the toxic chemical and start generating artificially-created chemical in our mind .... that's what happens when we take a medicine but it's not a permanent solution as its only focusing on curing symptoms

In order to cure a disease, one must first treat its symptoms... and then treat its cause. We will talk about it in our next blog.
